No, we are not a GF Restaurant. The main focus of our restaurant is creating Non-Vegan Food & Vegan Food.
However, we have designed a GF menu based off our Main Menu Items, to accommodate GF diets or sensitivities. (menu located below).

Important Information-
Much of our menu (& GF menu options) contains Kikkoman soy sauce (shoyu). While Soy Sauce does contain wheat, it it a fermented wheat, and according to
- Celiac.com (link below), an article by Jefferson Adams Oct 11, 2012 states- Kikkoman is a naturally fermented soy sauce and its method of preparation breaks down gluten into smaller components such as amino acids and polypeptides. Thus meeting the FDA requirement of less than 20 ppm to be deemed GF (it's well under 5ppm). Soy sauce made by Kikkoman meets Codex Alimentarius standards for gluten-free foods.
- The FDA states (link below)- "The rule specifies, among other criteria, that any foods that carry the label 'gluten-free,' 'no gluten,' 'free of gluten,' or 'without gluten' must contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. This level is the lowest that can be reliably detected in foods using scientifically validated analytical methods. Other countries and international bodies use these same criteria, as most people with celiac disease can tolerate foods with very small amounts of gluten."
